Al Jaber Lighting Winner of GAIA Awards 2013 for Easy LED Pro Wave Product Innovation and Sustainability

Abu Dhabi – December 17, 2013 — Al Jaber Lighting, a company of Al Jaber Group, was The Winner of Product Innovation and Sustainability Award 2013 at the Big 5 Exhibition that took place last week in Dubai.

Al Jaber Lighting using the Easy LED Pro Wave won the award model after competing with more than of 280 other products and innovations, the Pro Wave Model was recognized for its positive effect on human mood and well-being, with technology incorporated into the Pro Wave product to create well-lit spaces and integrated lighting control systems including dimming and Passive Infra Red (PIR) a type of motion sensor technology which reduces energy waste and encourages smarter living.

These key technology features combined with the aesthetically slim design improve livability, and easily create thermal comfort environment in the United Arab Emirates.

As part of the GAIA awards ceremony 2013, a panel of industry experts carefully selected the winners who demonstrated exceptional and unique yet sustainable products Professor Mario Senevirane, of Green Technologies commented “ Now in its sixth year, The GAIA awards has grown into the industry’s most respected awards honoring those construction products that have truly integrated the concept of moving towards a more sustainable environment ”
